1. Who you are dealing with
agzy.lk (the site) is the personal portfolio of Agzaiyenth Ganaraj, a software engineer based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In these terms, I and me mean Agzaiyenth Ganaraj; you means anyone visiting the site. You can reach me at agzaiyenth@gmail.com.
By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What the site is
The site is an informational showcase of my work, experience and writing. It is not a shop, it has no accounts, no logins and no checkout, and nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract.
Descriptions of projects, employers, awards and metrics are accurate to the best of my knowledge on the date shown, and may go out of date without warning. Client work is described in general terms and, where a client has asked for it, without naming them.
3. Intellectual property
The design, code, layout, copy, illustrations, generated cover art and photography on this site are mine, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The name Agzaiyenth Ganaraj, the agzy.lk wordmark and my signature are mine.
- You may read, link to, quote briefly with attribution, and print pages for your own reference.
- You may download my CV and share it internally to evaluate me for a role or an engagement.
- You may not copy, republish or re-skin the site or substantial parts of it, sell it, present it as your own portfolio, or use it to train or fine-tune a model, without my written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear on the site belong to their owners and are shown for identification only. Their presence does not imply endorsement of me by them, or of them by me.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- probe, scan, overload or otherwise attack the site or the infrastructure it runs on;
- scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or bypass any technical restriction on it;
- use it for anything unlawful, or to impersonate me or anyone whose work is shown here.
If you believe you have found a security issue on the site, please tell me at agzaiyenth@gmail.com before disclosing it anywhere else. Good-faith reports are welcome.
5. Links out
The site links to repositories, live client projects, my studio and social profiles that I do not control. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices, and I am not responsible for their content or availability.
6. No engagement, no advice
Nothing here is professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and nothing on the site creates a client relationship. Emailing me does not engage me. Any actual work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, which prevails over these terms for that work.
7. Availability
The site is a personal project. I may change, move or take down any part of it at any time, and I do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site and everything on it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any loss arising from your reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Privacy, cookies and accessibility
How the site handles data is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. The commitments and features described in the Accessibility Statement form part of these terms.
10. Changes
I may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of this page. Material changes get a new effective date; continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the revision.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
